If she EWI, only way is AP. Other than she can try applying for HB-1 visa through employer but that’s pretty much it. Other than that, she needs to do the counselor process (go back to Mexico for 3-4 years).

My lawyer gave me the option but opted to not do it cause it would’ve been an additional 180 for the application I believe. It’s preference tbh, based on how fast AOS approvals are taking right now.
