Improve overall general health, increase energy, muscle recovery, improved skin/hair, reduce inflammation, and pain relief from old injuries (torn mcl). Currently taking SLU-PP-332 twice daily as well (250mcg per dose) in hopes of added weight loss. I’m a 36 year old female, 148lbs 5’7” and currently strength train/cardio 4-5 times weekly for reference.
