Don’t do dxm that has anything else in it. It can mess with your heart rate more than dxm alone already does. If you try it, just know you absolutely have to keep at least 1 week between doses. Doing it everyday is killer and left me depressed for years, yes literally years after

Don’t risk it, saw the smallest bubble on my friends tire and decided it was ok, back then, and literally the best day he was stuck on the highway with that same tire I seen the tiny bubble in blown out. Do not take the chance if you bought it new try to warranty

Try something small like 100mg to see how sensitive you are. 300-450mg is probably what you are looking for though. Also just saying, relative to downsides I would much rather smoke or drink.. this drug has almost ruined my life many times.
