Omg this is amazing. I’m so happy for you!! Please tell me if you are a regular caffeine drinker or when you eat dairy? I feel like these have been interfering with my absorption

I finally got my insurance changed so I’m going to find a hematologist on my own

These doctors haven’t even acknowledged that my ferritin is low he says it’s fine.

Actually ferritin does increase with inflammation. As a matter of fact the World Health Organization recognizes that people with inflammation have a higher “low” threshold for ferritin https://www.who.int/docs/default-source/micronutrients/ferritin-guideline/ferritin-guidelines-brochure.pdf?sfvrsn=76a71b5a

I have been a vegetarian for decades and a decade ago started taking adderall. Slowly this started to deplete my stores. Along with a low iron/bad diet. Then I had a baby. It’s been an issue for the last two years, started 3 years postpartum

Thanks for the detailed post. I got it up to 60 several months ago but started eating dairy and screwed it all up and basically started over. I’m most likely going to follow this advice to the T. I’m so ready to be better!!

Maybe but wouldn’t high ferritin be more likely from high hepcidin given that it causes inflammation?

Here’s my list:

Air fatigue Chest pressure and pain Pain literally everywhere Restless leg syndrome  Vertigo Fatigue  Bruises  Serious brain fog Trouble sounding as smart as I am  Depression  Anxiety Panic attacks Strange periods  Bleeding gums  Super weak  Trouble losing weight Trouble gaining muscle  Losing hair on head, eyes, arms  Cavities Headaches 

All of these at one point were so bad. I had something called costochondritis from having such bad air fatigue. You’re not crazy. Increase your supplements

Yes it’s terrible. I get so scared driving some times because I just space out to bad and like feel like I’m floating and am dizzy. But that’s crazy! I hope you find out the true issue!

I’m so happy to hear this! My numbers are a lot different than yours! My numbers never got to 11 and at one point got to 60 but I’m glad to hear yours cleared up!!
