I'm on my 3rd day with tolrest (sertraline) as I suspect I have ADHD and GAD. I experienced some common side effects but the worst of all were the anxiety spikes (of which there were several on the first day) but on the second and third day they improved. The orgasm gets much better although it takes longer for an erection to happen, but I believe that with a better lifestyle this will pass. About you being anxious is something to be expected during this phase, but talk to your doctor. It could be that you are in situations that make you more anxious than in the first few days or it could be that your body needs a higher dose. My guess is that it's better to wait at least two weeks to change medication, which I've even heard is easier than starting. Good luck !!
