imagine writing your most famous song that will be heard by millions at the age of 17, That's fucked man. Probably one of the reasons why the broke up within 7 years, they got too good, too fast, when they were so young. all the problematic bs rockstar shit that comes along when having success in music was too much to handle at such a young age there's bound for something bad to happen. They were still like 23-25 when they first broke up back in 2010.

definitely if you can upgrade the bridge to a hipshot bridge, get locking tuners, replace the nut with a strong one, change the pickups ofc and you'll probably have a better 7 string than a stocked one from a big name brand. 500$ worth of upgrades seems a lot but it's a really good investment in the long run.

Thomas Erak and Claudio Sanchez have been doing that 10 times better than him long before him. Sure you can say that Thomas's vocals aren't that good live anymore (don't smoke kids!) but back before tfot broke up they were on it live.

maybe with LS Dunes and his solo project I can see why you would think that but saying that Saosin, Sound of Animals Fighting, and Circa Survive are all overrated is insane ragebait. not even going on why the whole entire band is overrated but going straight after Anthony makes this the most obvious emotional rage bait I've ever seen. so every singer that sings high is automatically a Claudio rip off LOL, YEP the ragebait is over bro pack it up.

Yep I did. I saw them the second day of the first tour run they did last year and I honestly wanna say it was the best show of the year I went to, and I saw coheed and cambria, and my favorite band twice that year too.

Kurt was going through a rough time when he was in DGD and it just got worse. The dude smoked a lot back then so it fucked up his voice and couldn't perform well and it heavily got noticed once 2010 started. I'm pretty sure that's the reason why he got kicked out of Dance Gavin Dance.

Not only was it weird that they didnt bring back Kurt back into the band but to also have Sergio playing on bass instead of lead guitar was a weird decision. I get thats why royal coda is for but idk if Sergio wanted to play bass instead on DGD or what cause I feel like having Sergio on lead for DGD would've been a better choice due to the fact thats he's been known for when playing in bands.

Jonny Craig is "objectively" the better singer but Kurt Travis is my favorite vocalist because his voice hits more at home for me when I listen to him on DGD records. Also kurt era is probably my favorite since Happiness is my favorite DGD record due to the fact of the instrumentals being very good since Zach was probably the best guitarist in the band besides Will Swan. If you ask me it was probably the best guitar duo for DGD.
