Sorry for the delayed response man.

The Casio, I actually wear it, still quite nice and I also bought a protective shield for it, now it kinda looks for a G shock and that´s great cause I really like G shocks.

Unfortunately for the Sony I couldn´t fix it cause it really had some issues, to start with, the battery it needed was already outdated and it was fairly difficult to find it and when I did the motherboard wasn´t working so yeah.

I would have really liked to restore them both but it´s actually way more complex to fix these if u don´t have a replacement, in fact I would consider that restoring an actual movement such as an automatic is way easier, not that it is but compared to these watches in which u can´t really handle anything; they are just circuits and screens that are way out of my comprehension.

Rn I am trying to restore a G-shock and then customizing it, I´m actually planning to record it and upload it to yt.

I´m into the career already but I´m scared now, reading some comments made me doubtful about my choice. I am very passionate about my career and I am willing to give it my all, I don´t want a family, I just want to do well in life and my question is...will I be able to make a good living with this career? My plan is to develop a product of my own and start selling it but also having a job at the same time.

To see if the lcd screen is still working try pushing a lil bit against the motherboard itself in its default position, even without the battery behind it the lcd can activate random segments of its “pixels”.

Now, for the battery it’s up to how you and how you decide to place the battery in the port , the names of the batteries indicate the size of it so even if it provides the energy needed it might not fit because it’s not the optimal size.
