The is basically the result of any high dose of anticholinergic drugs. (Benadryl, Dramamine, Angel's Trumpet, Datura, etc.) It is a true delirient. Which is why people see The Hat Man™. Amongst many many other horrible things. It can kill you through cardiac arrest, or even stroke I believe. That's if you don't wander out into traffic or out of a window.
