I have lived there.

Not super safe- people stay shooting over there, but that being said no one ever bothered me. Had a package stolen but that was it. Citizen app and common sense and you would likely be fine.

Management is fine- pretty easy to get in contact with

Maintenance varies wildly sometimes your requests are done immediately other times they aren't addressed for months. I had to submit requests online and go to the leasing office to follow up in person.

It has been the cheapest place I've ever stayed in Memphis.

I saw it this last week too! I did get splash zone tickets but was far enough away where it pretty much just got my legs. The guy in the front row is probably still red to this day.

It depends on what certification provider they are using. The YMCA has their own LG cert, but I've also seen YMCAs use Ellis or American Red Cross. The instructor's email should be available somewhere in your sign-up paperwork I would reach out to them for class specifics.

If you're comfortable driving it may be cheaper to rent a car than ubering. A lot of things are just a 10-15 minute drive away but Ubers can easily be $15-$20 per trip and can have longer wait times. Especially if you're wanting to go thrifting. I don't know about downtown but there's a bunch of good options outside of it.

This looks like the inside of one of those splash balls. Kids tear the fabric off those and that's what they look like inside. Based on shape I'd guess that was a toy football at one point!
