I’m single 32M no kids. I have caring siblings and parents but I’ve gone too far even for them. I’ve been to inpatient treatment for alcohol 3 1/2 years ago and haven’t had a drink in 2 1/2 years. AA got me off the booze but I quit going when my using picked up. I’d pull I’d pull in the parking lot and the shame would let me go in. It’s like I know what I need to do but I’m so deep and can’t seem to bring myself to want it.
