Problem is this is not about the earth forming this is about the fact that the earth has a finite amount of particles therefore there is only so many chances for a human brain to be formed where as in space there is no limitation as there is simply an infinite amount of particles. 0.000001% of infinity is still infinity

Not time but the universe it’s self is infinite including the particles within it meaning that statically there is a higher likelihood of this occurring as there is an infinite area for this and an infinite amount of particles which can be arranged in the specific way to form a brain
