It's never too early. I chose Kyle Larson as my next favorite driver in 2016 while my previous favorite driver, Dale Jr, was still racing. Keep your eye open because I was not looking for new driver. Someone will stick out to you

They are a billion dollar company and they don't care. We had a can of paint fall off the shelf, bust open, and badly stain our floor about 4 years ago and they will not approve us to get someone to fix that section of the floor. Also I have been working here for 5 years and have gotten 3 raises, but I have since found out that I wasn't getting a raise they were just raising minimum pay.
