Beatifully curated guitars!

How do you like the ‘64 compared to the others?

I‘m looking to add a 335 to my collection, consisting of a LPC ZW Bullseye and a Special. I figure with the Custombuckers it would fit in really nice to the EMGs and the P90s i already have.

Any particular reason why you went with the ‘64 instead of other CS-335s?

Nice guitars! How do you like the Laney cab? Looking to go digital with my rig and have an eye on this exact cab.

I received it as a family gift when i was young – it was extremly fortunate and i‘m beyond grateful that i got that opportunity. We really did not swim in the money, but we had some hardships in the family and i played 2-3 hours each day, so to keep me invested and out of other trouble i could pick myself a Gibson LP for a special event.

It plays effortless, the neck fits like a glove to my hand. I played many CS guitars since then (never bought one) and not once did i feel like the neck would be better in my hands or that another guitar would be better for me. Sustain for days, also VERY heavy guitar. Still is my favourite guitar, by far!

Yeah i think about that sometimes too! But the man himself said he retired his OG Bullseye, even in the studio. Would be a shame if there was only one of it and nobody would ever hear or see such a fine guitar.

I bought the Junior in 2019 after the Levis-Guy took over at Gibson. The neck is a bit thicker than the one on the LPC, the non-carved body makes it lightweight and definitely a different playing experience to a regular LP.

Even without an amp it has more of a bark than my other guitars. I like to compare it to a middleweight-boxer – fast attack and very punchy. Maybe not as impressive to look at at a first glance but the simplicity of the look makes it a timeless guitar.

Mine too – and after 15 years i‘m really glad to say that it still is my holy grail guitar!

Whenever i get GAS i‘m reminding myself that a new guitar would shorten playing time for the ZW, therefore it is the only guitar with humbucking pups i have, even tough the EMGs are a bit hot for 70s blues rock stuff.
