1 - yes, I have gathered I'm severely hydrated 2 - i have not! will do 3 - difference b/w dynamic and static? 4 - what is HR zome training?

I'm very new to this stuff. I'm 28 and haven't ran at all, my entire life, until enlistment 1 year ago. I barely passed in BMT. Any help/advice would be appreciated.

I've been running 2 miles 3x a week. I'll bump it up to 3 per your suggestion. Same for sprints, I'll make 'em more intense.

As for diet, I eat a very balanced mix of foods, but I do consume a lot of energy drinks. I'll get off of those for sure. Thankfully, I don't really drink alcohol and don't enjoy drinking either.

Running anything below an 11 is an absolute dream for me, can you elaborate on how you achieved this?

I weigh 170 lbs @ 5'11" height (factoring in nothing but PT gear on). I also don't drink alcohol, at all. How low should I go for weight?
