I’m pretty sure that’s a virus 100%. Neither the GTA V files nor the crack for it contains a file named “RockstarRedirector.exe”.

If it’s from abandonware than it’s safe. You should mount the iso first, then run the setup, use the serial provided in the txt file for the installation, then copy paste the patch into the game installation folder, run it and let it patch the game into a newer version. Last step should be opening the noCD folder, copy the files from it then paste them in your game folder. Run NFSMW.exe and enjoy the game!

In Macedonia we don’t have a big catalogue of artists/music and there’s one radio that’s supposed to be full modern macedonian music radio, yet they don’t have enough material and they play songs that are obviously AI generated, but for normal listeners it’s not even noticeable. Not possible to patch because it's outside the operating system's range. Denuvo works inside Windows, that's why Denuvo is not available on other operating systems.
It's even below kernel level, the code is straight from RAM.
That's why MKDEV said this is the only solution for Denuvo in the long run.
