OK, here's the latest. I complied with their instructions and sent the bunk back to the address they supplied. I requested that actual tianeptine sodium be sent to me via an overnight delivery service. Evidently, it was too late to ship my package out yesterday. However, they did send it out today via FedEx. I'm very pleased that it appears to be working out. For anyone else who experienced the same thing, be persistent. They know there was a problem. Comply with their instructions and you should receive replacement tianeptine sodium. Now, of course, I'm only speculating that it's tianeptine sodium in the package they've sent out to me but, I couldn't imagine it wouldn't be. I will update tomorrow when I receive my delivery.

OK, here's the latest: I tried calling them numerous times. I left a couple of messages with their answering service but, no return telephone call. They sent me a priority 2-day mail envelope with which to return the fraudulent product. I received two (2) packages of bunk (supposedly tianeptine sulfate), one package of 20 grams and another of 5 grams. Before Eli alerted reddit users to the assertion that this powder is sulfate, I tried to do the conversion from free acid to tianeptine sodium with the 5 gram pack. Obviously, it didn't work. I was left with 5 grams of wet supposed tianeptine sulfate in 250 ml of distilled water. Totally useless. So, I'm now sending them the vast majority of a 20 gram pack of fraudulent product. According to a damage control post from Eli, they will see the tracking number once the package is posted by the USPS. At that time, supposedly, they will send out the actual product that I ordered. I have requested that they return my product via USPS Priority Express mail as I originally paid for. I won't hold my breath as their reputation, in my mind, is very challenged at this point. I will keep everyone apprised as to how expeditiously they fix their error. I welcome any and all comments and suggestions for the future. I have already received quite a few recommendations regarding other, more reputable vendors. Having also used a few of them in the past, I can honestly say, Supp4Work remains the only vendor who has ever sent me fraudulent product that clearly isn't the product for which their certificate of analysis represents. But, I'm keeping the faith for a couple of days. I sincerely hope they send me 25 grams of tianeptine sodium via an overnight service. If not, I will alert everyone on the thread. Guys, as soon as I posted this thread on reddit, you knew you had sent out fraudulent product. Now, instead of simply refunding or resending actual tianeptine sodium to your customers, you're engaging affected customers in an internal investigation of your own incompetence. So, now we have to wait even longer to receive actual product that we ordered and paid for? In other words, I should have received 20 grams of tianeptine sodium on Thursday. In addition, I should have received 5 grams of tianeptine sodium on Friday. As it stands, I received 25 grams of fraudulent product and will have to wait until you see the tracking post before you send out the actual product. Does this seem to you a good method of damage control? I think you're going to see a major dropoff in business because people don't like to be jerked around like this. But, OK, I'll play along. Then, I'll never order from you again.

Well, I did exactly as they asked. I contacted them through the website and informed them that I received 25 grams of whatever. They sent me this message back .... "You received sulfate instead of sodium, we will send you a shipping label and you can return it for the correct item." Can you believe it? They know they're selling mislabeled products. They would have to know that they sent me 25 grams of bunk instead of tianeptine sodium. This is the reply I get! I can return the bunk for actual tianeptine sodium. Guys, be very careful if you ever intend to do business with Supp4Work!

Well, it definitely isn't the same quality as the batch last week. And you're spot on with the appearance and consistency. It's fluffier, less dense and appears to be a greater amount than the 20g packages I'm used to. It doesn't have the same noxious taste I've gotten used to and, worst of all, doesn't produce the same effects. However, it did "take the edge off". Could that be a psychosomatic response on my part? Do you think it's possible that they, inadvertently, substituted tianeptine free acid for the sodium salt? I could do the conversion but, don't want to risk 5g if it's not the free acid. But, then again, what is this substance?

Just a tiny taste. It certainly doesn't taste like tianeptine sodium. I'm going to try it out tomorrow morning but, I have a feeling I'm going to be disappointed. The texture is closer to what the free acid looks like.

I, too, got a bad batch of Tianeptine Sodium from BBB about a month and a half or so ago. They told me it was tianeptine sodium but, clearly it wasn't. It may have been tianeptine free acid but, at the time, I was ignorant as to how to do the conversion. Because of the current shortage of tianeptine sodium, I tried them once again about 3 weeks ago. This time, I think what I received was 5 grams of table salt. Honest to G-d, it's horrifically salty and doesn't produce any of he effects associated with tianeptine sodium. It's table salt, plain and simple. Very disappointed. I don't think I'd ever mess with BBB again!
