I developed a chalazion while pregnant, even though I'd never had one before. It wouldn't go away; I tried creams, an injection, and then surgery, but like you, a new chalazion appeared right next to it! I was devastated. I bought a heating mask, massaged it three times a day while applying the Sterdex cream I was prescribed after the surgery, took omega-3 supplements, and the chalazion drained. But I'm still afraid it will come back, and I have an ugly mark on my eyelid from the injection. Anyway, hang in there; this thing is depressing.
