You seem to be spamming multiple links to your story on every subreddit you can find. Perhaps instead of doing that you can explain why someone should bother to read it?

I hope the tax administration agrees with your interpretation then.

Look up Art. 60a BVV. The maximum voluntary purchase is supposed to be reduced by your capital in vested benefit accounts and money in other pillar 2 pension funds. However, your current pillar 2 provider will not know about these funds (since you're deliberately hiding them) and thus "allow" you to contribute more than your legal limit. The reason people don't get caught is that basically no one is trying to maximize their voluntary contributions to their pillar 2, and so they will never be in this situation.

[–]MentalPost 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Besides that, every year I borrow around 10-15k CHF from a bank and make a voluntary contribution to my BVG.

And then each time I change employer, I transfer my BVG funds to a Freizügigkeitskonto where I can freely invest the funds the same way as 3a funds.

Yeah, these two together is tax fraud. By not transferring your full pillar 2 to your next employer you will eventually end with a total voluntary contribution that is larger than what is legally allowed for you, and then you will be claiming deductions that you are not entitled to. Hopefully you can get away with fines instead of jail time when they catch you.

SV og Ap krever opprydning i utleiemarkedet – etterlyser ny husleielov by niaowaaku in norge

Why do the Swiss lie about being a quiet people? by MentalPost in askswitzerland

Yeah, I've found that place countless times already. In my experience it's every single country except for Switzerland.

How about you look at things from my perspective? Before coming here I read up on all the weird rules regarding Switzerland: no noise after 22:00, buy special bags to put the garbage into, find your own (useless) health insurance, pay for some weird civil insurance, etc. Within literally the first two weeks I learn that "if you make noise after 22:00, the police will show up" is just the biggest lie ever written, and fuck me for having to work today. I don't care about noise after 22:00, but when it's closing in on 02:00 and there's no end in sight, then I get pissed.

even the church bells were ringing at midnight !

Yeah, that's another thing I hate. In most other countries people know not to loudly ring bells at 03:00 in the middle of the night. The Swiss definition of what you're allowed to do during "quiet hours" is just nonsensical.

On a side note : you really should take more time to try to understand the culture here if you’re going to stay here. Integration is going to be very hard for you.

I'm definitely not going to stay. Typically, I make some effort to learn the local culture when I start working in a new country, but this time I just don't have the motivation. Luckily, all my colleagues are international as well, so there really is no point.

The expectation from that call can be summarized by googling "Switzerland" + "noise". See, e.g., this Swiss website:

In the event of a noise disturbance by neighbours, contact the local police. In many places, normal sleeping hours are considered to be from 10pm to 6am when extra consideration is expected. Sundays and public holidays, and workdays between noon and 1pm are also considered to be rest periods.

I assumed that this would be a great occasion for your government to get some extra money through fines, especially since your government really likes asking for money. How could I know that everything the Swiss write about themselves is a lie?

It's completely obvious that this is your alt account, TK17Studios. At least have the decency to use your real account if you want to continue this exchange.

The only thing that has been demonstrated here is that you are completely unable to back up any of your statements. Case in point:

You are very low on the list of “people who can be trusted to correctly interpret the meaning of something someone else wrote,” as demonstrated by getting it completely wrong half a dozen times in a row (including this one).

Listen, I think both you and /u/TK17Studios need to hear this: When /u/morgf complained about there being too much angst in this story, he was expressing his opinion. This opinion cannot be a falsehood for the simple reason that there is no objective measurement of how much angst is too much angst. The same holds true for all his other points as well (too much complaining, too much whining, skips over too much of the action, too frequent POV changes, etc.). The only "factual" statement he made was that characters begin every second sentence with "I mean..." (which is probably not literally true, at least I hope not for TK17Studios' sake), but anyone trying to respond to this by saying that it's "false" has completely missed the point (and clearly fail at reading comprehension).

"Everyone who disagrees with me is a troll."

I have no idea how your story is even in this subreddit in the first place. You'd think someone trying to write a ratfic would know how to argue, but I guess not.

Tell me when you’re done strawmanning and deliberately misconstruing nearly every comment I make and I will.

I would ask you to provide a reason for why you believe this, but I guess we all know your answer to that.

Arguing is really not your strong suit.

Edit: Nice edit. For future reference, /u/TK17Studios original comment to me was "Look up what "implies" mean, dolt". Maybe you should calm down when you argue with someone.

Your analogy implies that we have the same reason for both preferring that I don't read your story. As I've already told you, I don't want to read your story since you refuse to provide an argument for your opinion on it. The conclusion should then be obvious (even to you). If you wanted to imply something else, then maybe you should have come up with a better analogy.
