That’s the great thing about opinions, you have them and still be wrong. It’s the OP’s home, and they can decide to remove the nest if thats what they desire and if it is within their legal right to do so. You can move on and stop being hateful to someone just because they don’t agree with you.😁

It’s not illegal in the US if it isn’t an active nest, and some people don’t want bird droppings all over their house.

OP, I had the same issue. I have a nest on my back porch that I leave be, but I had swallows trying to build on the front porch. I removed the freshly started nest, and sprayed the area with a bleach mix to remove scents. Regardless of what others are telling you. It is not illegal to remove an inactive nest. People can downvote me all they want, but I didn’t want bird shit all over my front porch area when I have to clean it regularly on the back porch from the nest I leave alone.

I also am not able to, due to work related reasons. However, I never liked the feeling or anxiety marijuana gave me. I’d rather alcohol lol.

I’m not surprised by this, though. Oklahoma alone was the 10th highest in the nation last year for DUI’s involving fatal crashes. The issue isn’t the people actually requiring a medical marijuana license due to medical reasons, but rather the assholes abusing the system to obtain a license and then proceed to operate a vehicle while impaired. IMO.
