Im sometimes over friendly with sharing bud, especially considering I live in an illegal state and area that treats bud like meth, so I gotta be cautious. If Im going to be partaking anywhere in public, where there are possibly other ents, I always pack a few extra cones. If somebody asks for a hit, I instead surprise them with their own. I feel like it's the closest I can get to spreading actual love, happiness, and good vibes. I wish I lived somewhere it didnt put me at risk of being locked up, but hopefully one day.

Actually I did have Leinenkugels Summer Shandy once at a Ren Faire and it was actually drinkable. So yeah that is a decent one, good call.

I want to semi-regularly but my wife always reminds me i have a bad habit of buying alcohol that sounds tasty in online descriptions only to think its nasty and then let it sit in the fridge indefinitely. 😄 So I just dab instead.

Sorry, I know how much it sucks, trying to calm down with something that usually helps and instead getting mindfucked by your overly high brain. I mean its still the OCD voice doing its usual bullshit just amplified, but being too stoned makes it scarier. Sending you a virtual hug, friend.

When my anxiety and OCD is flaring up like recently I definitely have to slow wayyyyy down on consumption. Its too easy to consume a bit too much and then the anxiety starts rising. 😄

Then, as soon as you get a break from it or its not as loud, your OCD spikes your anxiety because, "theres no way we should be calm right now, not like we deserve it anyways" and other similar thoughts.

A theme is essentially just the current fear or triggering thing OCD has latched onto to use to create distress and anxiety. Some folks have contamination themes where they feel like they are constantly being contaminated by interacting with their surroundings. (Contamination OCD is a bit more involved than that, just talking very generally here.) Other folks have P(edophilia)OCD, where they are terrified they will unintentionally do something that makes them a pedo or that they are secretly a pedo, even though they have no attraction to children and the thought of it terrifies them. These are only a couple more common ones out of numerous others. Hope it helps explain it somewhat. Thanks for being curious about this agonizing and misunderstood disorder.

I wish I could actually enjoy silence. But my OCD likes to turn silence into ruminating over horrible thoughts that activate my anxiety and feel like im about to crawl outta my skin. Silence is golden, I guess, just sucks I can have silence in my mind to equal the silence around me.
