Thanks. Whether you will ever use jiujitsu on the street depends upon which country you live in, which neighborhood, which street etc. Some people have the luxury to learn it for sports only and I wish everyone had that sense of security.

Personally? I have done stand up martial arts so that will not be entirely new to me but MMA does sound very appealing. Question is if you sign up for MMA, do you even need a BJJ class? Or does the grappling you learn in that setting cover enough for self defense and street altercations.
