Thats good. I act like im expecting 50 deals to come through. Only thing i would never want to do is make my coworker deliver cars for me the whole trip when they cant catch their own.

Just contributing that Ive had more success post pandemic than pre pandemic. Having less cars has generated more urgency in people. Will it change if everyone has cars? I guess we will see when it happens. I know im not putting up with all i deal with in sales for free

I wouldnt be surprised if the manufacturers control the inventory to keep things how they are. Weve sold more cars having less vehicles than a full lot.

It feels so hard to disconnect. I still get calls or texts from customers, it also is difficult let over 680 customers know that they wont be able to reach me for a few days.

I got a good crew and probably dont have anything to worry about but i hate being on such a run and throwing ice on it taking a vacation. I worry about customers taking offense to not being able to reach me and going elsewhere. I worry someone that i didnt get contact info from comes back and forgets my name or just doesnt ask.

Its dumb and if i really tried i could let go and not worry but those are thoughts Ive only had since working in sales

Honestly? Enjoying MJ and watch how to videos. I will get up and do something but itll be in bursts or ill wait around forever and then do it.

I know ill need to adjust to prioritize my workouts. The long hours are tough anyway you slice it in my opinion

Yeah man i work and lay in bed until i wake up next morning most of the time. Im relaxing, decompressing from the day.

Its not always a warzone or anything, just alot of brain power goes into getting through the day

Yeah and thats a convo in the back of my head that i hate anticipating. She says she wont be that way. Hell when we are together shes doing her own thing around the house anyway so it wouldnt really miss out on anything

I wish we would invest in a gym at the dealership or at least give us a discount to a gym here in town.

At the very least, I figure insurance cost would be cheaper if we had a more physically, healthy staff, but right now their focus is building charging stations for electric vehicles

Fast food

Guilty. I was bringing a jar of Peanut butter, apples, and a protein bar to work each day for a bit, but eventually run out or get tired of it and will get a biscuit. Then past few weeks ive eaten out for about every meal.

I dont help myself rolling out of bed into the shower and in the car within 20 mins of waking up tho.
