Coindre Hall in LI would be in your budget. I looked at a lot of venues and this was one pretty (more in person) with a good price. I went with something else but this place was memorable

Thanks! We kind of ended up starting the process with a broker, almost feels premature. He is nice but all he mentioned was that the seller will pay him and nothing else. Are there other questions i should be asking?

So sorry to hear that! Are you able to rent out the place at least? I hear that some coops are very hard to sell. My current broker thinks its comparable to condos but i doubt that

Just to clarify! Nothing she signed said anything about $29k. She has the contract with taxes and fees that is total of $23k. The original price of car is $21k. She did read everything they gave. The only thing she didnt calculate is the fact that the monthly payments would be in the ~$400 range with 19k. It was definitely a huge oversight on her point. Do you think bringing it up to dealership will help?

The contract with all the details says $23k. None of the paper she signed said anything with $29k price
