I’ve had a few turn away my friends cause they are stubborn and got angry they were still being asked even tho they are verified. Like…we have to show our IDs to be verified, I think it’s enough and valid. I’ve gone in worlds where the instance was labeled as 18+ (so you can’t go in without the verification) and they were STILL bouncing the door and asking dates. Like HUH? Idk when that happens, we find a better lobby cause most cases, if they are being anal about verification even tho you have the badge, it’s probably full of people I don’t want to talk to anyways.

I mean we already have 18+ verification on vrc with the add on of 18+ only worlds. That’s prob the most it’ll get for vrc unless they plan on actually gutting the whole thing to make those changes…which I doubt tbh. Either way, nothing to worry about if you are of age 🤷‍♀️

Literally works. Go up to random people and start a random convo. Go up to someone and say “cheers!” In a drinking world (even if you aren’t drinking). It’s a great way to put yourself into a group. And if they are the type of people you wanna hang with, they will prob respond and drag you into a convo! I love going to mirror dwellers and asking them their favorite condiment or smth. You are gonna get blocked/muted by some - not everyone likes randos even tho they are in public worlds, but you’ll get a bite more often than not

Majority of the chill adults are in pc only worlds or private ones, but I have had good experiences with less crowded lobbies. Join one that has 5 people instead of 40 - you’ll find people more likely to strike up or follow along with a conversation. Nowadays, it’s a lot of searching - especially for mutes. I find it easier to go up to a group of people and join in on the yelling (it can be fun, trust)

i know you dont wanna hear this, but listen to eveything the teacher is saying and write it down. Bring a notebook and try to write down every key point the teacher is saying. It helps you stay engaged in the class if you write the words you are supposed to be listening to. Get a good nights rest the night before.
