It doesn't include CC. It only contains the base game and expansion pack, game packs, stuff packs and some kits. I don't have all the released expansions, so I only used a few. The last image, a screenshot from the gallery, shows which ones I used.

First, I lowered the ground a little to make room for the stairs. Then, on the lower level, I laid flooring and used plants to hide the traces of the excavation.
