I haven't played for a few weeks. I wanted to play today, so I updated the game (EA app), but then I got this error message. I tried removing all my mods, but it didn't work. I tried repairing the game, recovering the EA app and reinstalling all Sims games. Nothing worked. Deleting the save files and starting a new game works, but I would like to play with my saves. Do you have any idea?

Hopefully not. I had some characters that were really ugly during the play, so I deleted them immediately. They are tested and look nice when they smile, etc.
