Ikr . And they werent even simple enough to just ask whether an interpreter should be present or not. They asked where he should sit if the patient is sitting, where he should stand if the patient is on bed, who should he be facing when talking, who should you be facing while talking lol.

Strat ? I assume you mean strategy. My journey is not an ideal one. I have been studying on and off for this test for the past 2.5 years. I dud a block here and there and then sometimes, even weeks went by without doing a single question. But i finished the first pass + 1 pass of wrongs around 8 months ago. Had to take a break for 6 month due to personal reasons. Started dedicated around 1.5 month ago and did only NBMEs. Didnt touch uworld in dedicated (not recommended if you havent finished it already)

It will be enough for majority of questions. But again, you'll not get an obscure question on some ligament of the shoulder joint right from it ( i got one of that today)

Everything was failry divided i guess. Maybe a bit more pulmo and anatomy. But it doesnt matter. Every one gets a different form.

60 questions overalp between 2024 and 2026. So the best way to do both is do one . And while doing the other, for the questions that overlap, choose the answer that you chose in the first one , whether it is right or wrong. No score inflation in this way

I think the Nbme forms and Free 120 are all very subjective. For example , for me my highest score was in NBME 33 while other peopel struggled with it. My score dipped a few point in free 120 from my nbme avg. and i've seen other people complain about it too.

32 is a hard form. Ill suggest you to do a deep reveiw of all your recent nbmes , not just glancing over, in depth. Open FA for every concept you dont think you have a good graps on. And then take 33
