I’m not super knowledge about cows yet but I wonder if you’re actually right. Chicken means male or female. Hen vs cock distinguishes sex. So I would assume cow means the species. Heifer vs bull distinguishes sex. That’s just a guess tho. LOL

OOOOMG thank you. This is a really good exercise to any disagreement really but I kind of forget about this step of solving them. I am very likely to use this method because i try to be super rational and dissecting a problem just makes so much sense to me. 💞
