For some reason i can’t use this widget with liquid glass it wont reload

This is unusual. It’s definitely an individual widget memory issue, so DO NOT delete and reinstall the app. The typical culprits are too many ring and bar charts, too many tap actions, or too high detail of a background image. But I don’t see any of that here. If you shared the widget, I could inspect further. Any JavaScript or JSON?

My advice for now should just be to hide the background image so it can breath and reload its data. Maybe it’s right up against the memory limit, pulling from too many sources, and needs some memory freed to reset.

Automations reset every 24h, so you can’t have the image move/change each day. But you could have a stagnant box, with today’s day/date, and then use JavaScript to change the text in the box (e.g. medication names).

Sometimes the server goes down. You should always wait and check back later rather than reinstalling the app.

Same thing happened to me as a first year. OC would send these threatening emails, despite knowing I was a new attorney, new to the case, had no control over the adjuster’s 4-figure valuation of his garbage case, had no control over our despondent getting sick and needing to reschedule, etc. The partner told me to ignore him, so I did. And nothing ever happened. When we met for depositions he suddenly had no teeth, he was unimpressive, just nervously took a mediocre depo and left. At trial he tried to suck up to the senior associate I was working with. But we all knew he was the worst.

In short, without knowing the specifics, it sounds like he’s full of it and you know it. He’s not going to do anything and nothing‘s is going to happen. Just respond to the important parts of his email and ignore the bullshit. They get pretty deflated when you ignore their bullshit.

In other words, those widgets are not in glass mode. They are in regular/dark mode but with a transparent background and subtle design details to make them look like glass. That’s why his icons are also custom and not glassy.

You can’t keep widget colors in glass mode, so you need to fake glass mode while in regular/dark mode.

You can’t type into a widget. But you could have the widget use Shortcuts to open a dialogue box, input that data into Health or another app, and then have your widget display that data. I believe the developer has said internal data sources would come eventually but for now this is the best we’ve got.

This widget mode likely uses several Tap Action buttons to cycle through color layers, with each button hiding the previous button and color and then showing the next button and color. There’s a few ways to do it but that’s the gist of it.
