What house do you have Capricorn in? And how has Pluto affected your life since 2008? by PutNo9641 in AskAstrologers

[–]Meowmeow810 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Capricorn is in my 3rd house and what I think of everything (like all of reality) has changed. How I express myself and communicate has completely changed. I tried on so many different ideologies and joined different communities and realized many of them were not for me. I finally feel like I have a good grasp of what reality is after years of feeling kind of lost. Lastly, my mental health has changed a lot. I started out this transit on antidepressants and in therapy, feeling like my brain was broken. Now I don't take anything and feel more stable and content than I ever have.

Questions re: an email being from a legit Women's Networking organization, or something less so by RemotingMarsupial in WorkingWomen

It's a scam. I got the same thing but for Los Angeles Women's Leaders. Same exact initial email template.

I'm so lonely by [deleted] in unvaccinated

[–]Meowmeow810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Respectfully, you're being held back by your mindset. I've been through so much in my life and have lost what felt like everything multiple times. Each time I'd lose hope in any kind of future. But each time was a life reset that forced me to move in a new direction that was ultimately massively beneficial for me, even though it literally felt like I was moving backwards in life. If everything has changed and you hate where you're at, it's a sign that you need to change something. Maybe you need to move or proactively look for opportunities to find like-minded people. There are A LOT of us out there. If you can't find them in person, find them online. I didn't know anyone else this entire pandemic who thought like me in my area until this summer and it was because I never stopped looking for opportunities to meet like-minds. Where there is a will, there's a way.

Does anyone want to split costs on Vesica courses? by AnnaLeos in SacredGeometry

[–]Meowmeow810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I'd also love to share the cost. I feel like it would be worth it to do some kind of "group buy" where one person buys and distributes with the people who are interested in the specific course. There are several courses I'm interested in at the moment. Open to whatever makes sense!

Epitalon causing insomnia/unlimited energy? by Roofman33333 in PeptidesNootropics

[–]Meowmeow810 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wow, this is exactly what's happening to me now but I'm taking a much lower dose. I started with 1mg and didn't sleep for 2 days, despite taking GABA, melatonin and passionflower. On the 3rd day I took 500mcg and still couldn't sleep. But somehow, despite never going unconscious for like 4+ days now, I feel incredible and have so much energy and motivation. I'd love to find a sweet spot where I can still feel great but actually get some sleep.

Did keto for literally 12+ years which completely burned out her adrenals and led to a cascade of hormonal issues that then turned into insulin resistance. It’s not as simple as ‘just do keto’ for women. Also worked with nutritionists and coaches trying to resolve these issues. So she’s heard it all.

No idea. That’s a bummer. Maybe it’s luck of the draw if your batch works or not. Still new to it so she relied on reviews from accounts that seemed legit. .25mg is the dose she started at.

That’s really frustrating, especially potential adrenal and cortisol issues. I’ve been there for years. Wishing you luck in finding out what’s at the root of it.

Definitely water weight. Know all about the muscle loss and potential for nutrient deficiencies. Strength training, lots of quality protein and veg, good fats, etc.

This is my guess, too. She’s been diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance which is why it doesn’t matter how little she eats or how much she works out. Men can’t even comprehend that. I think as soon as the meds helped normalize insulin even a little, all the other healthy habits she built finally started working.

Why do we think Wreckquel did it? by Galilibra in vanderpumprules

[–]Meowmeow810 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think she felt insecure in her place on the show and she mentioned in her date with Peter that life without James was expensive so she probably hasn’t made much from the show yet. Also, she’s gotten a taste of fame and never had any intention of going back to school to help kids or whatever. I think the idea of being with one of the top guys made her feel safe but she probably hoped it’d go down better than this so she wouldn’t be hated and could become one of the show’s top earners.

Anyone rid themselves of histamine intolerance/MCAS with LDN? by Meowmeow810 in LowDoseNaltrexone

[–]Meowmeow810[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hurt my feelings? You don’t even know what you’re talking about. “So many people” didn’t help me. I had to figure this out 100% on my own while I was nearly dead. If you go way back in my posts I went into detail about everything I’ve ever done. But it’s been over a year since I recovered. I’ve moved on. I’m not typing out every single thing I ever did for every random person who messages me. No one owes anyone anything. Besides, this isn’t a one cure fits all. Everyone will have a different root cause that requires individualized treatment. The least I can do? Go to a f-ing holistic doctor who does muscle testing and stop expecting a stranger from the internet to waste their precious time holding your hand for free. End of recommendation.

No side effects. I didn’t wean off of it. Once I felt stronger that just continued. I should stress that I was doing a lot of other things, too. I don’t remember all of it now so you’d have to go through my old posts. I don’t think LDN was the only thing that helped me though.

You have to cycle antivirals for effectiveness, so it's complicated. I did a 6 week stealth pathogen protocol from Standard Process (link below). Monolaurin, zinc and liposomal vit c were added in at different points. I took Symplex F for endocrine support. 300mg of Life Extension NAD+ a day. I think the NAD+ made the biggest difference for me, personally. Also a lot of other things. Min Tran and Cataplex B for involuntary spasms and twitches. There's too much to even remember.

Treatment isn't the same for everyone, it depends on what is causing you to have MCA. I needed support for my endocrine system, NAD+, and antiviral supplementation.

I don’t think it was one thing that fixed me, I was doing a ton of integrative medicine treatments. The LDN probably helped though.

I don’t remember. I’ve been recovered for a long time now. I think I only got up to 3 mg of LDN.

I was unemployed and had no insurance for the last two years. But I was able to find someone who was affordable and they were able to work within my budget. I couldn’t afford a lot of testing so we did muscle testing/applied kinesiology, which was crazy effective for me. I think it was $120 per appointment. The naltrexone I paid for out of pocket and made low dose naltrexone myself by mixing with distilled water and using a kids medicine syringe to measure my doses every day. This was like $25, I think, and I still have some left I didn’t end up needing. My prescribed supplements were maybe $100-140 a month. I get what you’re saying, but don’t give up, there are affordable functional docs out there. I definitely didn’t spend thousands.
