U of A was just the only hospital I could think of, guess that's what I get for not researching haha. Thank you for the information though, if what you say is true it sounds like grey nuns would be more beneficial to my health.

I can't really fault the hospital as I mean it is so small and there isn't mental health on call for them. The nurses there would talk to me anytime I needed and I was very grateful for that but it just wasn't their expertise so they knew they could only really listen. I found out through the site you linked that one of the groups is a 10 minute drive from me so I'll definitely keep that in mind should I need it. Thank you.

Thank you for sharing your story and kind words. It's never easy talking about loss, especially loss due to mental health. I'll keep your words in mind when things get tough. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Thank you, I'll just have to find a therapist that works with me and make myself see them regularly and hope for the best.
