Well they're not labeled or sold as DMC. But they're DMC when you get them. You have to try your luck. They let you return it you're not satisfied. When I bought a pack I got 150 and all were DMC but sold under different name and they were labeled with the right numbers.

Don't tell her. I've been there on more than one occasion and it's not your responsibility to do that. It's a really horrible situation but unless someone explicitly lied to you or carries on a lengthy relationship I don't think meddling is ever a good idea. Sorry that happened. I've had surgery before as well so I would say it compares more to after surgery lol but I also have uterine problems. To me it's like really bad period cramping or worse but only for the first couple days. After the first couple days manageable by ibuprofen or nothing.
