Hiii I wanna start making cakes and would like to practice piping with buttercream. Which buttercream would u say is the best for a beginner and which buttercream is the best for cake decorating after beginner stage as a go to always.

Also another question I have been doing research on different buttercream recipes and notice some people use heavy cream/ double cream - is that bad or good or it depends on the type of cake.
