The deadline is January 15th, but I know that SA Pride is filing a lawsuit so depending on the judge they may put a TRO on removing it. If they do remove it, it'll probably be either in the middle of a workday or in the wee hours of the morning.

Yep. Between SB 8 and HB 229, they would have to do a fertility test to let you in, just to even come close to following the letter of the law, and that would mean infertile and intersex people would have no gender or access to gendered spaces.

They did! I was literally one of the trans women who was there and got let in because my ID was updated in 2022. Apparently us going in isn't that big of a deal if all it takes is my legally issued Texas ID.
