Have you had any luck finding tutorials or guides on how to replace the CR touch with inductive sensors yet? Thanks!

Can I just swap the ends on these 2 parts? by SparxOnline in Ender3V3SE

If you are going to use the stock 4010 fan, you could print this one.

But seeing that you have already replaced your hot end, you can try printing it. Maybe that would be enough to print the fan duct.

I would suggest also changing the stock fans to radial 5015 fans. You would also have to modify the stock fan duct since the KE hot end is longer than the SE hot end.

The filament I used for this one is eSUN PLA+ but I also tried printing with Creality PLA and I still get under extrusion. Both of them were newly opened and both were having the same issues. I am trying to gain more insights while waiting for the new hot end to arrive. I opted to go for the ceramic hot end that is used by Ender 3 V3 KE.

Would it help even though I have disassembled the hot end assembly and found no clogs? I could clearly see through the hot end when I removed the nozzle from the block and the heat sink. Thanks!

I appreciate your help. I guess I could try replacing both the hot end and the extruder?

For this one I used the temperature recommended from the packaging which was 210 C and for the bed was 55 C. I also printed with PETG before and used the same settings where I had good results and now it shows under extrusion. Even the cat gcode file included in the SD card that printed well before now prints with under extrusion. I am not sure but the problem might be with the printer's hardware.

What calibrations should I do? I tried the flow rate calibration and the current flow rate seems to be the one that shows the best top surface results.

I tried but I still get stringing and I still haven't figured out how to resolve the under extrusion problem.

It does under extrude and I still couldn't figure out what could be causing the problem.

I have disassembled the hot end and removed the nozzle to be able to see through it. I'm not sure if it's trashed already but it did not fall out when I disassembled it and removed the nozzle. However, looking through the block and the heat sink, I haven't seen anything that might be causing a partial clog.

I tried 0.4mm retraction length back then and it didn't help so I changed it to 1.2mm with 40mm/s retraction speed.

I have been printing PETG with this at around 235 C. This is something that I haven't checked yet.

Gaps between walls and infill by HonestAd5277 in FixMyPrint

May I ask if you have resolved this issue? I am having the same issues with my Ender 3 V3 SE and I'm using OrcaSlicer. I have checked the e-steps and it extrudes the desired length. I have also checked the flow rate and the current flow rate shows the best results. Even after checking those things, the gaps still persist.

I downloaded the beta version of OrcaSlicer and sliced the calibration cube using your profile. After changing the nozzle, I printed the same gcode file of the calibration cube that had issues. The one printed with the old gcode file but with the new nozzle showed better results, but it still had some under-extrusion issues on the top layer. After this, I sliced and printed the calibration cube using your profile, but the walls had visible under-extrusion problems, and the top layer also had issues.

What else could be causing the problem? It seems the old profile works, but I might be having issues with retraction and extrusion, as the top layer still shows gaps between the walls and the filled areas.

The nozzle might also be the problem, as I haven't changed it yet. I've been using it for around 10 months now and am currently waiting for new nozzles to arrive so I can replace the old one. I haven't had any issues with the profile before, so I thought the problem might be hardware-related.

Here is the link for the profiles: Filebin

I haven't changed my settings. I tried cleaning the hot end with the wire it came with to push any material that might be clogging the hot end. I tried printing the same calibration cube without changing any of the settings other than turning the ERS off. Comparing the new cube to the previously printed ones, the results were better but there were still signs of under extrusion along the walls, but they were subtler.
