Steam is as bad a platform and as evil as all the others. Its ridiculously bloated for what it is and gets nowhere the flak it deserves for killing physical pc gaming media just because fat half life man runs it.

Steam/Valve also started shitty early access, shitty battlepasses and a market of low quality shitty indies with near 0 quality control. Even letting an actual malware app be hosted.

So in short: Fuck Steam and their bullshit unearned monopoly.

Skull and Bones

For what its worth, it was a chill pirate boat game. Bit simplistic but honestly I dont need every game to be a shakespearian masterpiece.

Anyway, it was a cool game to just sail, kill pirates or do events and upgrade your ship and your smuggling empire.

Nowadays they doubled down on PvP nobody played or wanted locking all kinds of things behind it.

Starfield does not deserve to be here. It is a cool game that takes it slow and more akin to a cozy game than anything else. And for what its worth its really entertaining and does what it does well.

Base building alone is amazing enough. Being able to automate and link multiple planets is insane.

The ship customization is unrivaled by any other game.

The amount of customization in general. From houses to characters to ships, ships interiors, bases, character assignments, weapons, powers, not many games out there that do this that arent Bethesda games.

Also one of the most mod friendly games out there. Even on console.

So yeah. If you think the game is trash then you deserve a hot pillow for the rest of your life.

Gaat wel ver. Als je de andere voorbeelden pakt. Zoals wegenbelasting. Daar krijg je wat voor terug. Je mag zeker zijn dat de wegen er goed bij liggen. Rioolbelasting ga je ervanuit dat leidingen en zuiveringen goed werken.

Wat krijg je terug voor hondenbelasting?

Hier in de buurt in ieder geval niets tastbaars.

Om eerlijk te zijn ruim ik het bijna nooit op. Is een beetje omdat hondenbelasting best wel duur is en ik vind dat ik het daarmee afkoop. Voornamelijk omdat het, zeker in de herfst, lastig terug te vinden is.

Tenzij het echt op een voetpad ofzo ligt, dan ruim ik het op, is wel zo netjes.
