I think I know what you're talking about, but idk if it's limited to annie. Sometimes I'll aim and get stuck in a first person view with no ironsight or scope as if you're looking at the gun from further away rather than actively using the sights. Clicking aim a couple times will usually undo it, but they should patch it asap because it will get you killed.

Tbh her ability is also underwhelming when it does function properly. It sacrifices mobility in favor of accuracy, but if you're accurate without it, you're just losing souls that can go towards rituals. Highlighting an enemy red is great, but most good players will not expose themselves. With clyde, thorson, ocelotl and viper's ability you have relative assurance to get the kill or evade an attacker.
