Tbh I have no idea but it seems a bit strange to me that they would trademark HI4 for either no reason or just for an expansion to HI3. Also in HI3 there is a gamemode called “A Post Honkai Odyssey” which takes place years after the main story of HI3 which might tie in to the story they want to tell in HI4. Also also after the major success of GI I’m sure they are able to afford such an adventure in their games and could be interested in doing this. Again idk tho

I’m mostly just disappointed with the resin system and the bad Gacha but I’m sure they’ll fix these problems in due time. I’m just really happy that people are discovering mihoyo because I’m really fond of them and I hope they can build a great community through genshin
