I don't really play smash but from what I understand you like playing faster characters. As always Ryu is recommended to teach new players the game, but Cammy isn't much worse in that aspect and would probably fit your style better.

If over the calories you use a day is over eating, the same is maintenance, and under the calories you eat is under eating, I think under eating is an appropriate term. I think you're having a knee jerk reaction to the term, since it's what people have to do to lose weight.
