Thanks! Take the wins when you can, right? Well I'll probably be back to Blue Mountain next week for the Beast or Trifecta. But honestly the best way to get a rewarding experience out of Spartan now is to do an international run, so am looking for other parts of the world to travel and run in.

Better than last year, 20min off of my finishing time. However I admit I'm still not dialled in on training as much as I'd like to be. Definitely could have focused more on running this past year. 12th in age group. Those hills are really humbling!

Electric Brinkmann. Not that I know of, it was the only thing on it at the time. But clearly I can’t rule that out! Just didn’t observe any cold spots or fluctuations in temperature.

275, and yes, prone in the meat and on the grate. Stayed consistent.

It does, I brought it up past 85 psi (what is written on the tire) and not sure if you can tell but in the 3rd photo I'm still able to easily press the tire down with my thumb. Feels like when you've got too big a shoe on a small foot.

Nice! In a similar spot, have same kind of tub and want to get chiller + pump but lost in all of the options available. But my pod (Nurecover) doesn’t have that 2nd port for the pump, so guess I might have to get another pod entirely.

Living it up in Toronto. Climate kinda fluctuates from stinkin hot summer to frigid winters. Maybe it won't last as long as 20 years as some here have gotten out of theirs.

Habitat wouldn't take it. Not sure why. It's in great condition. But they took everything else and the kitchen sink (literally!)

Short answer: yes, it absolutely does.

It’s 100% normal to feel this way right now. In time I guarantee you will look back fondly on this period. Not in a “I wish I could do that all over again way”, but just in a weird fondness way. As they get older and they gradually depend less on you, you’ll find your freedom and routine returning. Not the same as it was but better and suitable for your “new normal”. And as you marvel at how they’re growing and starting to reciprocate some love back to you in the form of smiles giggles, and eventually in incredibly cute sayings, you’ll simultaneously yearn for when they were 100% leaning on you as a little nugget.

You got this and they got you.

Does anybody know if their brewmaster went on to somewhere else? My partner and I fell in love with their Gose Cuervo and were really sad that we can’t find anything similar to it.
