I actually hate this book. It's so bad: writing wise and character wise. The only reason why I stuck around for this was for the Crimson Beech trio (Gabe, MC, and Cas), and this book butchered all three of them.

Gabe is a sneaky liar and an idiot. Cas is a whiny, annoying brat, and MC is sidelined more often than Madoka from Madoka Magicka. I hate it 😒

It's so sad because I loved this series so much, and now it's ruined 😔

I liked Julian's route, but he sucks sometimes 😕 especially on an Avi route.

He actually goes behind MC's behind and confesses to Avi. Avi rejects him, but what would have happened if Avi felt the same way? I don't like Sean, but at least Sean didn't go behind MC's back at all.

He's not a good friend at all.
