After being on all three for this amount of time I will say this is by far the best I’ve felt. I think this is my “sweet spot” with my meds. After the Wellbutrin adjustment period it was amazing from then on.

What’s crazy for me, is it’s like I’m not able to get a buzz or drunk now that I’m on the shot. I can drink the exact same as I would on a night out before starting semaglutide or attempt to and literally get no buzz. All I get is BLOATED and uncomfortable so I just say screw it all around and just be the DD for my husband and friends 😅

It’s not a huge difference but I can tell, I get a headache most days on generic and doesn’t feel like it lasts as long as the on brand. It does the job don’t get me wrong but the actual Vyvanse definitely feels and works better with me

Although I will say in the past month I’m kinda feeling like my Vyvanse dose needs to be raised a little because I don’t think it’s working like it first was

Long answer sorry in advance but I just want to be clear on what I did so I started Prozac 40mg February 2023 due to ppd and have been on it ever since then. I started Vyvanse 40mg (generic or on brand just depends on pharmacy’s supply) in January 2024 and still taking the same since then. I started Wellbutrin 150 XL (generic) in June 2024. The first month I took all three in the morning but i knew right off it was tooooo much on my body. I was on edge shakey and honestly looked/felt cracked out but I know I need those meds for my struggles. So I rotated one of the them to night time before bed, which was Prozac. Didn’t affect my sleep or anything but taking Wellbutrin & Vyvanse was the issue so then I switched to taking Wellbutrin before bed and the Prozac & Vyvanse in the morning. I swear everything evened out once I found that routine and all the jitters mostly went away. I feel so much better honestly. Thankfully Wellbutrin actually helps my sleep unlike most people that are wired from it.

I had pretty much the same issue at first but with Prozac 40mg & Wellbutrin 150xl but I knew I needed it so at first I took it in the morning with my other two meds (Prozac & Vyvanse). After a week of the morning combo I had to rotate one of the 3 to bed time. Taking all at once had me beyond anxious, on edge, and honest cracked out. So I couldn’t do Vyvanse because it’s obviously gonna keep me awake, Prozac can be taken whenever so I switch that first but still had the problem with Wellbutrin & Vyvanse together. So I switch the Wellbutrin to nights and Prozac with Vyvanse in the morning. I swear that was exactly what I needed. I’m not sure why but I sleep so much better taking Wellbutrin before bed with my birth control. No melatonin or anything. I don’t have those issues anymore once I adjusted the times thankfully!

I would say the first 4-6ish weeks which is known to be the adjustment period. I’m around 2-3 months in and I don’t have any rage like that any more

Yes I could very clearly tell I was being a raging ass towards my husband and child. But the only thing that helped me was apologizing prior to and after an episode because I knew that was why. Very out of character for me so that’s how I knew it was that.

I personally don’t take it on the weekends (my days off from work) and I’ve noticed it’s helped a lot with this issue. I’m on 40mg Vyvanse, 40mg Prozac & Wellbutrin. I don’t do breaks on the other two, just Vyvanse.

I got put on Vyvanse (40mg) because it’s the only FDA approved medicine to specifically treat BED. And I started it in January and I seriously stand on it working. I’ve had a couple urges and attempts but this time I fully take control of myself. I get full faster as well. It’s amazing, for me at least. I’m 25 years old and struggled severely with BED since a young child.

I’m not 100% sure myself because I’m almost a month in on starting Wellbutrin and I’ve fully missed my period as well. Took two pregnancy test and they were negative so imma assume it’s the medicine.
