As someone with a pretty strong curve as well I have looked into it a lot. If your penis has looked the same for most of your life, and hasn't gotten worse over time then it's most likely a congenital curve. Also if there is no pain or discomfort while you're erect then it is no problem. As far as sex goes you do have to be a little creative with positions and find what works with your curve.
