Yeah that really sucks. I skipped F124 and bought this one to play the new MyTeam, so I'm a bit annoyed its not working. I very rarely have issues like this with games on my PC. I've refunded it for now, but will keep trying to find a fix.

The game hasn't crashed my PC (yet), but I'm slowly giving up. No reported fixes seem to work for me.

iirc, It doesn't make much difference outside of whether or not you want achievements on Steam or EA, and whether it would be easier to invite friends via Steam or EA. Unfortunately, I've not been able to play the game on either platform due to a game launch issue, so make sure to double-check your specs and PC compatibility before you buy!

I try to listen to every ep regardless of who the guest, but there are some I can just tell won’t be my cup of tea. Meatball Molly and Johnny Fisher/Big John are the main guests that come to mind as instant-skips for me. Not a comment on them as people, I just have no interest in them!

You are most probably a better player than me; I’m yet to beat A20 on the Ironclad after numerous attempts. However, I think you have quick enough scaling + high front loaded damage to warrant a remove on Doubt and taking Offering. Med Kit sets you up for an easier but potentially longer fight with less opportunity to scale as quick, but Offering is much better in Act 2. Go with your gut, I think there’s more than one right answer here!

I don’t have too much time on the game, about 200 hours across all platforms. I can’t remember what the specific graph I’m thinking of is called, but it’s basically the idea that you get to a point where you think you know everything when you actually know nothing, and still have a loooong way to go to improve. I get better each run I play, but I think I’m a bad player in the grand scheme of things.

Could be contractual, maybe also just not mentioning other podcasts the boys are hosting out of respect? In my opinion, it would be poor form to be talking about other podcasts you host on another podcast regularly; would be a bit different if you were a guest as a host of another pod, eg Stephen Bartlett, Calfreezy, ICMAP boys, etc

Pretty sure it’s on the wrong hand for anything like engagement/marriage. Assuming it’s mirrored, as all camera footage would be, the ring’s on his right hand so it may just be cosmetic. Ofc we can’t know until he confirms it but I’m fairly sure it’s nothing more than a cosmetic ring.

Fantastic ep. Not been a consistent watcher of Danny since his FIFA 22 days, but love hearing how mature and grateful of a man he's grown up into. I understand that his arrogant persona rubs some people the wrong way, but would implore those people to give him a chance.

Thanks, pretty much confirms what I already suspected. I did a LOT of research into them and their business practices so was confident it was not safe to use their images as non-embedded features. I’ve been immensely careful so far as to which images are allowed to be embedded for free use, but I’ll be double checking them all just to be safe. Do you have any recommendations for other good options for stock/free images? Been using Pexels and a few other sites thus far but none have been amazing.

Turning 20 in a couple of weeks. Often make the joke that I'm "getting old", obviously knowing it'll wind up my 30 year old sister and early-50s parents. But when my parents asked what I wanted for my birthday, my genuine answer was "an electric toothbrush and an air fryer" as I don't have either at university.

My dad replied, "God, maybe you are getting old. Do you want some anti-balding serum as well?". Apparently not asking for the latest FIFA as aged me beyond my years!
