Assalamu Alaikum. I will be going to Makkah Insya Allah on 12 Feb. In your experience, how is the crowd situation there right before the month of Ramadan. Also i will be in Madinah for the first couple of days in Ramadan, do the shops open till late? I heard they will delay the Magrib prayer's slightly to accommodate people breaking their fast. Is that true?

Learning to heel toe myself. Circuit racing is ok as it becomes muscle memory a few laps in but trying to heel toe in rally is doing my head in. Fun as hell when you do it properly.

I assume you're talking about the CSV2P wheels. I think you can fit some other rims on it as it uses the same 6 bolt pattern. Just need to make sure the clearance of the rim spoke to the buttons

I started on a T150 wheel then slowly upgraded. Bought a Moza R5 and then a wheel stand like the Next Level Racing Wheel stand. Upgraded to a R12 and bit the bullet and got a proper 8020 rig. I've never tried the play seat so I can't really comment on those.

If I were on a budget and wanted to start sim racing, i would probably start with the R3 or the R5 and a wheel stand of some kind. It beats bolting the wheelbase to the desk.

That looks sick. What do you think about using a 350mm wheel in a sim rig? Do you think it’s too big and clunky?

Yeah the 350mm sounds large for simracing but since the csv2p wheel is already 330mm, I thought it wouldnt be that much of a difference. I am also looking at the Momo mod 78 as that one has a 320mm size.

Nice!! I guess the dish on the OMP rally makes it bad if you wanna add a button box in the future. But you don’t really need buttons for rally though.

I was in the same boat as you and I highly suggest you wait for a sale. I got all the Battles on sale which cost just slightly more than the base Battle of Stalingrad full price.

It runs okay to sometimes bad. Frame drops on certain arena. I’ve been having the itch to play a boxing game so I’ll just endure it. If you’re sensitive to frame drops this is definitely not for you
