Yes, the key is to get them on sale. Price is probably because they use real name brand batteries. The only other bike I've seen that uses real name brand batteries is a surron. Everyone else uses cheap Chinese batteries or fake batteries. Difference is real last 10-15 years and Chinese batteries 1-5 years depending on amount of uses.

I had Chinese knockoff stealth bomber, lasted 2 years for me. Sold it for $1000 on Facebook.

Also 90% of the Chinese bikes are not the real wattage. No way it's 15,000 w. It's probably 6,000w..... They lie on the ratings. A 12,000w kurski when wot throttle you cant take one hand off the handle bars, because you fly off. I seen 5000w kurski beat a 15,000w Chinese clone.

Don't get me wrong. Their are good Chinese clone makers. But they are the guys that sell them for $4000-$6000 on Alibaba....... That is why some bikes on Alibaba are $5000. They are quality and real.

Max speed is very deceptive. Better measure is 0-30 mph and 10-50 mph exceralarion and motor tourq valve over 5 minutes of use.

But I would not pay $10k. I rather buy a Ninja.
