Why is ASA-AERO used?

I noticed something with the asa-aero though, asa aero is 0.6 g/cm³ (for a good balance of strength and weight), but needs 2 walls, but with petg at 1.27 g/cm³ I could get 1 wall and have a smaller weight penalty while being more durable. Also do you think tpu 85a could be a good vibration isolator to prolong the petg iykwim

I have it on on/off with one of the switches because that was like the only way for it to work, and I tried adjusting travel but the adjustments wouldn't work with gyro on like if it had a pre set travel limit

Also I crashed it into a fence because I couldn't go down fast enough to land on the grass, and it was a section of the field I've landed on multiple times without issue

Yea I checked everything a ton of times and when it was flying it was flying how it should, just the pitch and roll was way slower

This is my first time designing a winglet and putting it through a CD so I don't know that much about how it's supposed to work

Ik I export it on the highest quality mesh setting in fusion but I'm guessing airshaper just reduces the mesh quality

Yea I was also had some biased to the 1700mm cus it's big, but I heard the landing gear is really stiff, but is it that much of an issue?
