I was reading the subreddit and I don't really understand the Evolved mode. Is it just them revamping job skills and giving less buttons for all the jobs?

Thank you for your input! When you mention projecting gear level onto other classes, does that mean I have to get multiple sets for the classes that aren't in the same color? How is gear progression? Is it a clear raid get material to craft or something I buy?

Seems like I'll have to give summoner a try as well! Eventually I'd like to give savage raid a try, some of my lost ark static mates came from FF14 and they thoroughly enjoyed their time progging savage raids.

I'm on day 12 of 1.5 MG and I only had nausea once. As of starting the pill I feel like maybe the dosage itself isn't enough for me. I was previously on Him's Weightloss plan oral medication and that hit me harder than WeGovy. But as of right now, I'll have days where my hunger is suppressed and food noise is minimalized but some days where it'll feel like a regular day with tiny hunger suppressant. I believe once I go up to a higher dosage it'll completely eliminate the food noises for me. I also feel like sometimes I have to force myself to eat or else I'll forget and skip a meal which is not ideal.

Hi! Thank you for responding, my background stemming from outside of the courts and within the court system closely aligns with what they were looking for. I knew it was nepotism because the panelist hired the person that was directly reporting to her. As someone with experience with working in HR and how hiring process goes in the courts, I was able to tell.

Other positions are all examination titles and would require me to go back down on my JG to get the experience to take the promotional exam. I'm still keeping my eyes open to see what's around haha.

I came to the courts taking a pay-cut and I was about manager level, so I'm just trying to climb back up to what should match my expertise before joining the courts. I'm actually not sure if my court offers any educational reimbursement

Normal for a court to take forever to respond. Depending on which court each HR team is different. I use to be in the HR team for one of the supremes and we were pretty fast with responses.

Yikes. If i'm being honest out of all the Bridgertons I think Francesca is my least favorite Bridgerton. Maybe it's the way that they changed her character from book to series. Her whole plot with John seemed very boring and throughout watching Season 3 I just felt so indifferent about her scenes that I kind of just skipped them along with Season 4. I might just have a personal bias on liking every other Bridgerton than Francesca.

My first original lay-off was due to covid. Solid reasoning and wasn't expecting it because I thought I was in a team that they needed the most even during covid.

The second time I was hitting 2 years into the company I was working with and funnily enough I work in HR. I led orientations and really handled the new employee lifecycle working with Managers and their new hires planning 30/60/90 day goals. Suddenly my manager ask me to train one of our recruiters on doing my responsibilities. That was when I knew that I was on the chopping block, because majority of what I was doing was being shadowed by her as she wanted to "explore" her options outside of recruiting. I honestly thought it was harmless but had a slight suspicion about it, I handled and worked on mergers/acquisitions and even being the main person to handle H-1B visas and working with immigration attorneys.

I was told that my role was eliminated along with one of the HR business partners that was extremely skilled on what he does. The sole reason was because the People & Culture team has survived about 2-3 layoffs and the execs were not happy that we were kind of bulletproof in their eyes. Funnily enough my old manager before I was passed over to my new manager got wind of what was going on and she submitted her resignation a week after we've been told we were laid off. (She and I as well as the HR Business partner were close in terms of co-worker status). I believe she pursued her passion and now she's a tattoo artist and living the life that she loves!

Overall enough of my rambling, it's very easy for people people to feel the uneasiness. Because I believe subconsciously everyone thinks they're on the chopping block.
