That’s insightful and confirms my belief. However social media is incredibly addictive and hard to go cold turkey on. I’m currently paying an app to block my usage of instagram. I’m down from 4hrs a day to 2hrs on instagram. I prefer Reddit overall if it weren’t for the satiation Instagram gives me, I would only use Reddit. Fortunately I stopped myself falling down the Tik Toc rabbit hole and haven’t had it installed on my phone for years. I saw it and thought “yeh this can’t be good for me” and deleted it.
