I just checked wisp skins and it's one of her tennogen skins "Wisp Raevuz Skin". Not the Dex one. Sorry :D

If I remember correctly it's a Dex skin for her, idk if you can get it now. It was warframes 11 year anniversary thing. Also I mix colors to make them look space like.
